Product & design lead for complex technical products

I help technical teams turn complex systems into products people understand, trust, and use.

Most of my work starts when the system makes sense to the team building it, but not yet to the person expected to use it. I work with founders, product, and engineering to close that gap.

Selected work

  1. Product & design leadership at DFINITY / Internet Computer

OISY Wallet, ICP Dashboard, NNS Governance, and ecosystem surfaces

Led product design across OISY Wallet, ICP Dashboard, and NNS Governance. Each product had a different job: help people verify wallet actions, understand network data, or review governance decisions before acting.

    2022-now
    • OISY Wallet identity surrounded by supported networks and product actions
    • ICP Dashboard showing network activity and decentralization metrics
    • NNS governance interface with Internet Identity login and network visualization
  2. Product & brand design at Glimpse

    Operational intelligence for hospitality teams

Turned machine-learning video analysis, POS data, and inventory signals into review tools that helped restaurants, bars, and nightclubs verify alerts before acting on them.

    2021
    • Glimpse performance insights identity with a security camera illustration
    • Glimpse audit dashboard shown on desktop and mobile
    • Glimpse operational dashboard combining forecasts, compliance charts, and video review
  3. 0-to-1 product design at Sendtask

    External collaboration workflows

Helped shape early product direction, onboarding, web, mobile, launch communication, and collaboration flows for no-account external task workflows.

    2016-2018
    • Sendtask identity with the blue bird app icon
    • Sendtask desktop interface showing projects and task details
    • Sendtask mobile interfaces showing task creation and collaboration
  4. Brand & launch at Liquity

Visual identity and launch site for a DeFi protocol

Worked with Liquity’s founders to translate their vision for the protocol into a visual identity, illustrations, and launch website.

    2020
    • Liquity identity on a pale blue illustrated background
    • Liquity launch illustration with an Ethereum symbol and geometric forms
